2017 Dunn County Fair- Foods Revue Recap

4-H Members & Families-

The 2017 Foods Revue was a huge success! This year’s theme was “Movies are Sweet”. This ties into the Dunn County Fair theme, “A Sweet Treat since 1885”, along with the 40th Anniversary of the movie, “Star Wars” and the 20th Anniversary of the movie, “Titanic”, this years food revue focused on sweet treats and the movies. The dishes could be inspired from a family tradition, or something that was learned through 4-H.

The 2017 Foods Revue Cook Book is now available. These recipes were taken directly from what the exhibitors wrote on their cards for the judges at the Foods Revue (some have been edited for clarity).

Just a reminder the Foods Revue is part of the Dunn County Fair, this means that when registering for fair projects, foods revue members should also register their projects for the fair. This information can be found in the food revue preparation guide.

Congratulations to all of the youth that participated in the 2017 Foods Revue!
